OFFICE CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT

Happy Holidays to all!

Our offices will be entirely CLOSED from 5pm on December 20th until 9am on January 2nd. For urgent matters, please contact your primary care physician or see a provider at an urgent care center.

We will be back in the office on January 2nd and will begin answering all portal, email and phone messages at that time.
